Bottle Feeding Foster
Bottle-feeding is a difficult, time consuming, and extremely rewarding way to foster. There is nothing like the love earned from a precious bottle baby. We will train you to bottle-feed and provide you with the supplies. All you need is patience, time, and a lot of love to give.
Neonatal Foster
A neonatal foster takes care of a baby 3-6 weeks of age. The baby will be eating soft food and will need you to closely monitor weight gain, litter training and keeping the precious baby safe and healthy. We provide our support and knowledge to help guide this foster type.
Family Foster
This is an easy type of foster. You provide a temporary home to a mother and babies. Mommy does all the hard work and you get to play with the little ones. Mommy cat will also enjoy your love and attention. Mom will be spayed after babies wean to stop the overpopulation of cats. We will find her and her babies appropriate homes after weaning.
Kitten foster
This type of foster takes care of kittens age 5 weeks and up. Baby will have teeth and be eating and drinking on its own. It will need you to socialize and play with it. It will need your cuddles and protection as well
Transporter
We always need transporters to help drive cats and kittens to safe no kill shelters. These drives are often to San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. We fundraise gas money for your trip and you can cuddle a kitten on the way up!
Critical Care Foster
This is a foster for a sick kitten. It could be ringworm, eye infection, or maybe a kitten recovering from surgery. You would be giving medicine and taking kitten to vet appointments.
